Our many aquatic class offer a healthy, no-to-low impact method of exersice to adults of any age and ability, including non-swimmers.

Welcome to COM’s Water Aerobics Program a friendly environment where you can combine Fitness and Fun!
Deep Water Aerobic class:
Deep water classes provide an opportunity to receive a cardiovascular workout with out any impact on the joints. When suspended up to the chest in water about 75 - 90% of body weight is cancelled, Water buoyancy supports your weight. Moving through the water provides resistance which in turn strengthens muscles.
The 10:15 Introduction to Water Aerobics class is designed for the beginner or if a slower pace is required. The exercises are the same as regular water aerobic classes but allow the opportunity to concentrate on using correct form and technique, this helps provide a productive work out.
Shallow Water Aerobic Class:
Shallow water is a great way to challenge your body. The pool floor is utilized to add as much power as needed by each participant to increase the intensity of a work out. There is some impact; however, this is significantly reduced due to the buoyancy of water and the benefit of canceling out the majority of body a person’s weight.
Pilates:
Joseph Pilates designed about forty mat exercises that target the deep abdominal and spine muscles to provide and improve core strength. Some classes incorporate equipment, rings, balls, and foam rollers. Pilates mat exercises will develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.
T-N-T Strength Training:
An exercise class led by certified Personal Trainers utilizing tubing, bands, balls, and free weights. This training will teach participants how to tone, tighten, and build muscle strength and endurance.
Osteoporosis:
This class is designed to help improve bone density and muscle strength. Exercises are executed for each muscle group with emphasis on strengthening the muscles surrounding the spine. A participant does not have to have osteoporosis to utilize this class as this it is considered a level one strength training class.
All classes are taught on a multi-level basis so anyone can attend no matter their fitness level. COM’s friendly staff and instructors will help each member achieve their personal fitness goals with great workouts and lots of fun!
