This is recommended for anyone who has difficulty with land based exercise. The warm water offers a comfortable workout with out stress to the joints and the risk of injury associated with walking, jogging, tennis and other land based exercise.

Gentle Joints:

The emphasis of this class is slow, gentle, range of motion exercises for all joints.  These exercises also strengthen the muscles which support the joints.
