"We get by with a little help from our FINS!"

 

A competitive or non-competitive program for adults of all skill levels (ages 19 & up). Stokes are taught to new swimmers as well as stroke development, conditioning and enurance training. Memebers are atomatically enrolled in the Lap Swim program.

COM offers 3 Master Swim Team Practices

- Sara Welch coaches the Morning Crew at 5:00am on Monday, Wednesday & Friday

 

- Andy Korda coaches a Lunch Bunch on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11:30

 

- Andy Korda coaches offer a beginners class on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 9:30


Our swimmers do compete in USMS swim meets, Triathelons and USMS Postal Swims.

 

We encourage our swimmers to join USMS to enhance their swimming experience.

Individual $64 /month
Married Couple $98 /month
Individual 1/2 Month $35
Couple 1/2 Monh $55

 

This includes Lap Swim and for an extra $10/month you gain access to our state of the art Fitness Cetner.
