Move It To Lose It

A deep water exercise class offered in the de Compiegne-Wallace Pool. The cooler water temperature allows participants to get an aerobic workout doing similar exercises as in out other programs, but is conducted at a slower pace. This allows for a safe and fun workout for the older adult, someone with back or knee problems, or the beginner. Flotation belts allow participants to move through the deep water safely.

Ai Chi

Pronounced "eye-chee", a water movement and relaxation program that increases oxygen and caloric consumption by combining deep breathing and slow braod movements. Ai Chi is successfully used with individuals with pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, COPD, and with neurological and orthopedic diagnosis.
